Description

The proposal to remodel the living room and kitchen area consists, as requested by the client, of demolishing the wall that separates the kitchen and creating a single space in which the living room, dining room and kitchen are located. In the living room there is a 3-seat sofa and two auxiliary puffs, where students can watch television and invite their friends. The dining room has 4 seats and is next to the kitchen.

Near the living room there is a room with enough space for a single bed, a closet and a study table with space for a laptop and work area.
To make the apartment work better, I modified the bathroom near the kitchen, which is hidden from view by a cabinet that is used to store umbrellas, clothes or other objects. I also modified the main bathroom, now it is better distributed.

In the bedroom with a private bathroom you could only place a small bed, now you can place a double bed, a desk and a larger closet. These changes allow the client to rent the rooms much faster, since they are spacious and cover all the needs of the students.

The interior design is designed to convey a young, modern and comfortable environment that identifies with students, which is the profile to which the client wants to rent his apartment.
