The project focuses on the kitchen and two bathrooms, a new one bigger for the sleeping area was situated in the old kitchen space, and the other small was a service bathroom repurposed as a visit bathroom with laundry space.

The new kitchen was located in front of the living room, after removing a wall between spaces and designed in a traditional English style, combined with modern lines.

A linear cabinet is proposed as a space divider between the social and private area which is used as a linen closet inside the bedrooms hall and a bookcase and coffee spot for the living room.

Using of light colors such as white on floors, walls and furniture give the environment an air of freshness in contrast to gray and beige providing a touch of warmth to the proposal.
