Description

The kitchen area is redesigned along with the outdoor area so that all spaces are related in synergy.

The kitchen is organized and subtly modified to optimize spaces. A new island is located in the center of the space offering a greater area to work and a space for breakfast. The TV located between the kitchen and the dining room, is placed on the stove so as not to obstruct the view or the spaces. Most of the cabinets are reused but with a new finish in carrara marble or Silestone 'Blanco Zeus'. The new refrigerator is located next to the freezer and hidden behind two doors with the same finish as the cabinets. The burners are located in the same place, taking advantage of the extraction, and they grow in size, as does the sink.

Towards the outside, three new habitable spaces are generated. First, an outside dining room is placed on the new wooden deck area. This new dining room has a direct connection to the kitchen and the barbecue area to work more efficiently. Second, a new living room is generated outside. This living room shares a pergola, with removable cover, with the outdoor dining room but is located on the grass. Third, up the stairs is another living room, a sheltered and intimate space where wooden and concrete perimeter seats surround a table with a bonfire in the center.

The exterior space is partially covered, thus being able to access the infrastructures that are located in it.
