ENG VERS:
The area to be restored is located on the first 3 floors of the house (free on all 4 sides) and is the one where the kitchen / dining room is located. In the area there are two French windows that lead to an area of ​​the garden of about 70 square meters to which is added a portion, also of garden, of about 12 square meters where there is currently a strawberry tree and which is raised above the rest of the garden area . We plan to carry out the excavation of the present earth with the leveling of the "strawberry tree area" on the floor of the rest of the garden in the next two weeks, following the excavation we will cast concrete and finally pavement (we will keep the hedges as two sides of the house border with two properties where there are unfinished buildings and hedges help to hide ...)

The purpose of the renovation is to improve the current layout of the kitchen while retaining a good part of the structure, list below the elements to be reviewed:

- Location of the fridge as there are two very uncomfortable under-counter fridges, we would like a single very large fridge, precise that we have the white element in the images it might seem a fridge but it is a vertical freezer that we would like to keep (available to review its location) ;
- We would like to replace the top and also the upholstery as they are of material that has rapidly deteriorated over time and also, on this occasion, we would also like to review its layout to understand if it is possible to expand the work area that could also act as an area Breakfast; currently on the top there is an induction zone with 4 burners that we would like to expand, under the induction zone there is a dishwasher; we would also like to eliminate the steel sink by providing it integrated into the top;
- The garden area: we would like to transform it into an extension of the kitchen / living room, after unblocking / casting / flooring we would like to close the area with a mobile structure (e.g. pergola or similar solutions) by providing some elements such as a wood oven, an external sink, dining table.

El área a restaurar se encuentra en los primeros 3 pisos de la casa (libre en los 4 lados) y es donde se encuentra la cocina / comedor. En el área hay dos ventanas francesas que conducen a un área del jardín de aproximadamente 70 metros cuadrados a la que se agrega una porción, siempre de jardín, de aproximadamente 12 metros cuadrados donde actualmente hay un madroño y que se eleva sobre el resto del área del jardín. . Planeamos llevar a cabo la excavación de la tierra en las próximas dos semanas con la nivelación del "área del madroño" en el piso del resto del jardín, luego de la excavación haremos el vertido de concreto y finalmente el piso (mantendremos los setos como dos lados de la frontera de la casa con dos propiedades donde hay edificios inacabados y setos ayudan a esconderse ...)

El propósito de la renovación es mejorar el diseño actual de la cocina mientras se conserva una buena parte de la estructura, enumere a continuación los elementos que se revisarán:

- Ubicación de la nevera, ya que hay dos refrigeradores debajo del mostrador muy incómodos, nos gustaría una sola nevera muy grande, precisa que tengamos el elemento blanco en las imágenes, puede parecer una nevera, pero es un congelador vertical que nos gustaría mantener (disponible para revisar su ubicación) ;
- Nos gustaría reemplazar la parte superior y también la tapicería, ya que son de material que se ha deteriorado rápidamente con el tiempo y también, en esta ocasión, también nos gustaría revisar su diseño para comprender si es posible expandir el área de trabajo que también podría actuar como un área desayuno; actualmente en la parte superior hay una zona de inducción con 4 quemadores que nos gustaría ampliar, debajo de la zona de inducción hay un lavavajillas; también nos gustaría eliminar el fregadero de acero proporcionándolo integrado en la parte superior;
- El área del jardín: nos gustaría transformarlo en una extensión de la cocina / sala de estar, luego, después de la excavación / fundición / piso, nos gustaría cerrar el área con una estructura móvil (por ejemplo, pérgola o soluciones similares) proporcionando algunos elementos como un horno de leña, un fregadero externo, Mesa de comedor.

La zona da ristrutturare si trova al primo di 3 piani dell’abitazione (libera su tutti e 4 i lati) ed è quello dove si trova la cucina/sala da pranzo. Nella zona si trovano due porte finestre che conducono in una zona del giardino ampia circa 70 mq alla quale si aggiunge una porzione, sempre di giardino, di circa 12 mq dove attualmente è collocato un corbezzolo e che si trova rialzata rispetto al resto della zona giardino. Abbiamo in programma di effettuare nelle prossime due settimane sbancamento della terra presente con livellamento della “zona corbezzolo” al piano del resto del giardino, a seguito dello sbancamento faremo gettata in cemento ed infine pavimentazione (conserveremo le siepi in quanto due lati della casa confinano con due proprietà dove sono presenti edifici incompiuti e le siepi aiutano a nascondere…)

Lo scopo della ristrutturazione è migliorare la disposizione attuale della cucina pur conservandone buona parte della struttura, elenco di seguito gli elementi da rivedere:

- Ubicazione del frigo in quanto sono presenti due frigo sottobanco molto scomodi, vorremmo un unico frigo molto capiente, preciso che abbiamo l’elemento bianco presente nelle immagini potrebbe sembrare un frigo ma è un congelatore verticale che vorremmo conservare (disponibili a rivederne la collocazione);
- Vorremmo sostituire il top ed anche il rivestimento in quanto sono di materiale che si è rapidamente deteriorato nel tempo ed inoltre, con l’occasione, vorremmo anche rivederne la disposizione per capire se è possibile ampliare la zona di lavoro che potrebbe fungere anche da zona colazione; attualmente sul top è presente zona induzione a 4 fuochi che vorremmo ampliare, sotto la zona induzione si trova collocata la lavastoviglie; vorremmo eliminare anche il lavello in acciaio prevedendolo integrato nel top;
- La zona giardino: vorremmo trasformarla in un prolungamento della cucina/soggiorno, successivamente a sbancamento/gettata/pavimentazione ci piacerebbe chiudere la zona con una struttura mobile (es. pergotenda o soluzioni similari) prevedendovi alcuni elementi quali forno a legna, lavello esterno, tavolo da pranzo.
