Foundation of the building: continuous footings. External walls: ceramic block 25 + polystyrene 20cm. Internal walls: ceramic block 11.5 cm; Ceiling above the ground floor: reinforced concrete; Roof structure: traditional wooden truss; Roof covering: seam sheet; Elevation: seam sheet + wood-like cladding;
Note:
1) request for the garage cannot be met due to lack of volume space. therefore , a removal shed can be used as garage. (🔴one solution could be that, shift the one bedroom from ground floor to mezzanine floor and use that bedroom space as garage by providing a garage door🔴)
2) this is not the final submission, client can suggest changes as per there comfort after the end of competition 📐🖊️.(which can be done without any extra charge)
