The reported plans refer to the actual situation of the ruin, which will be totally demolished and we will construct a new house in the same position and with the same external dimensions.
The north is in the top of the plans.
The height of the ground floor and of the first floor is 2.7 meters. The height of the second floor is 2.1m in the center (in the middle of the space going from est to west) and linearly descend to 0.6m in the north and in the south side.
We are free to decide where to place doors and windows.
As you can see on the est side there is another property so we can’t have any windows there. We have the same problem also in a part of the north side of the ground floor and of the first floor (in the first floor it could be possible to have a window at a height of 2m).
We would like to obtain some ideas on how to place the different rooms, especially on where to place the stairs and how we could use the second floor.
We would like to have a portico in the south side (maybe a 5x5m with the main entrance to the living room), a kitchen, a living room (or even an open space with kitchen and living room) , at least 2 bathrooms (one in the ground floor), a laundry room, 1 large bedroom, 2 bedrooms.
