The project, in accordance with the original size of the building, aims to maximize the use of space.
The Ground Level features a large living room, connected to the kitchen and the arcade by large openings, closed with glass sliding doors, such as to allow a configuration next to an open space, the self-supporting ladder allows to take advantage of the space below in the proximity of the main entrance in the south side.
The First Level, in addiction to the bedrooms, presents a little office, in the north side, close to the "blind facade". This room is full height, lighted from above by a continuous skylight.
The Second Level, used mainly as lumber, has a wardrobe space, obtained lowering the slab of 30 cm to obtain a minimum height permitted by the regulations in force.
A simple solution to take advantage of a space otherwise lost.
