ITALIANO:
Il progetto si basa principalmente sull'applicazione delle norme del regolamento edilizio, compiendo tutti i requisiti.
Tutte le superfici dei locali sono maggiori rispetto al regolamento, ci sono tre bagni tutti di 4mq con finestra, le superfici delle finestre sono uguali o maggiori ad un ottavo della superficie della camera e la superficie totale non supera quella indicata. Nel piano terra il portico non viene conteggiato in quanto ha due lati aperti. Ha una dimensione di 5x4m, idonea per il posteggio di un'auto.
Si é scelto di realizzare un vano scala esterno perché cosi facendo, secondo il regolamento edilizio, viene conteggiata solo la superficie del pianerottolo e non di tutto il vano scala.

Il piano sottotetto é stato eliminato, sia perché probabilmente potrebbe essere considerato nella superficie edificabile, sia perché influirebbe maggiormente sul costo finale. Quindi il primo piano é a tutta altezza con le travi in legno a vista. Invece di utilizzare l'eventuale sottotetto come ripostiglio é possibile utilizzare il vano sottoscala, la grande lavanderia e realizzare degli armadi a tutta altezza.
Il primo piano ospita due camere piccole con un bagno in comune e una camera matrimoniale con bagno privato. Spostando la porta del bagno verso il pianerottolo é possibile renderlo utilizzabile da tutti.
E' presente una terrazza verso Sud, per mitigare l'irraggiamento solare ci sono dei frangisole in legno, servono anche come rimando alla forma dell'edificio precedente.

Oltre a seguire gli aspetti normativi si é cercato di dare un'impronta sostenibile: l'orientamento delle camere, l'esposizione del soggiorno, la posizione delle finestre e i materiali scelti (legno e vetro).

Per poter ben illuminare la cucina e il soggiorno si propone la realizzazione di un grande lucernario che prende sia il piano terra che il primo piano, dando cosi' l'impressione di ampliare lo spazio e rendendolo più contemporaneo. Inoltre questa vetrata puo' essere costituita da pannelli fotovoltaici, oppure puo' creare un "effetto serra" consentendo una minor dispersione termica.

Essendo solo un concept il progetto puo' essere completamente modificato in base al regolamento edilizio o alle necessità/desideri dei clienti.

The project is based on the application of the building code,with all the requirements.

The first floor houses have two small rooms with a shared bathroom and a double bedroom with private bathroom. By moving the bathroom door to the landing is possible to make it usable by everyone.
It's a terrace to the south, to mitigate the sunlight there are sunscreens wood, they also serve as a reference to the form of the previous building.

In addition to following the regulatory aspects have been attempts to give a sustainable orientation of the rooms, the exposure of the stay, the location of the windows and the chosen materials (wood and glass).

In order to clearly light the kitchen and the living room is proposing the implementation of a large skylight that takes both the ground floor and the first floor, thus giving the impression of expanding space and making it more contemporary. In addition, this window can be made up of photovoltaic panels, or it can create a "greenhouse effect" by allowing a lower heat loss.

Being only a concept project can be completely changed by the building code or the needs/desires of the customers.
