The spaces have been designed as to obtain a good balance between the surfaces and the natural lighting. Since it was not possible to create new openings on the north and east sides, the preferred solution has been to leave the current arrangement of the openings.The living area is separated from the sleeping area by a hallway that communicates with the rest of the apartment. The first one includes the kitchen, lounge and dining area. The second one includes the master bedroom with walk-in closet, a second room for children, two bathrooms (one withexclusive access to the laundry/storage room).It has been placed a fireplace, covered with slate bricks, on the west wall of the living room.All the walls are painted in a cream color, while the ceiling is white in color. The furniture shown in the project are just samples.For the furnishing of the floors, in the rooms it is recommended to use porcelain stoneware with “wood effect” because it is going to givethe right warmth to the environments. The choice of curtains and finishing elements of the living room with soft colors, complete the design and make the rooms elegant and essential.
