Ho scelto di proporre due
versioni così da poter far valutare al committente quale sia la migliore.
Entrambe le versioni sono state elaborate per sfruttare al meglio lo spazio
esistente, inserendo ad ovest il soggiorno con il camino e sfruttando al meglio
le finestre esistenti, così da evitare modifiche o nuove aperture per non avere
problemi statici e maggiori costi. La versione A ha un comodo e
ampio ingresso dove è possibile inserire un piccolo armadio appendiabiti e un
mobile con specchio. L’ingresso ha anche la funzione di disimpegno per le
camere da letto e un bagno. Le camere da letto sono una camera doppia e una
camera matrimoniale con una comoda cabina armadio. Proseguendo si arriva nella
stanza principale, il soggiorno con cucina in linea. Nel salotto c’è lo spazio
per un comodo tavolo, un divano con poltrona, e accanto al mobile TV il camino.
La parete ad est può essere arredata con una libreria a parete, che segue la
forma del pilastro e passa anche sopra la porta. Da questa si accede ad un
piccolo disimpegno che separa il bagno principale da un ripostiglio o
lavanderia, dove può essere alloggiata la lavatrice e/o un lavandino. La versione B ha l’ingresso
direttamente nell’ambiente principale. La cucina in parallelo può essere
nascosta all’ingresso da tende a pannelli, creando una zona d’ingresso dove è
possibile inserire un armadio appendiabiti. La cucina ha una grande penisola,
che ingloba il pilastro e che può essere utilizzata per la colazione o come
zona “bar”. Sulla penisola è possibile predisporre dei pannelli che
all’occorrenza chiudono e nascondono la cucina. Il salotto ospita comodamente
un tavolo da pranzo e il divano davanti la Tv, che può essere vista anche dalla
cucina durante la preparazione. Il camino si trova tra il divano e il tavolo
così da poter rendere suggestivo l’ambiente e riscaldare entrambe le zone. Dal
salotto si accede al disimpegno dove subito ci si trova davanti al bagno per
gli ospiti. Nel disimpegno inoltre affacciano la camera doppia, un
ripostiglio/lavanderia, il secondo bagno e la camera matrimoniale con la grande
