We present to you our proposal for your house. The design tries to fulfil all the requirements of the clients. the house is divided into two main parts, the communal part on the first floor, and the more private part on the second floor. the first floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, and living room, along with a communal bathroom. the first floor also has a reading/study area that can also be functioning as an extension of the living room, a gym (or an entertainment room, in accordance with the client's preference), a laundry space, and a storage space for shoes and coats near the entrance.
The second floor consists of three main bedrooms. The master bedroom consists of a bedroom, a study area, a walk-in closet, and a master bathroom. The first kid's bedroom is equipped with a study area, a bedroom, and a personal wardrobe. the second kid's bedroom, as requested, is designed as a mezzanine bedroom. There is also a communal walk-in closet and a communal bathroom for the children. The dependence is designed as a reference point due to the lack of an existing floorplan.
