(IT) - Il progetto prevede una netta divisione fra zona notte e zona giorno. Sono state modificate le finestre solo sul lato del terrazzo. In particolare ho previsto una sola porta finestra di collegamento con il terrazzo, posta centralmente sul prospetto, e rispetto all'area interna. Al di sotto della finestra in cucina ho previsto un piano di lavoro che all'occorrenza possa fungere da tavolo per colazione o pranzo veloce. Il collegamento tra la cucina e soggiorno è garantito da una parete mobile costituita da quattro ante con movimento a libro. Le ante decorate diventano, grazie al loro movimento, arredo "dinamico". Un piccolo bagno di servizio è stato ricavato vicino l'ingresso. L'antibagno ha le dimensioni minime previste dal regolamento del comune di Molfetta. La definizione del bagno di servizio mi ha dato la possibilità di definire un bagno direttamente collegato con la stanza da letto. Sul terrazzo sarebbe molto interessante creare un piccolo orto.
(EN) - The project includes a clear division between the sleeping area and the living area. The windows only on the side of the terrace have been changed. In particular, I expected one connecting door window with the terrace, located centrally on the prospectus, and respect inside the area. Below the window in the kitchen I have provided a working plan which, if necessary, can act as a table for breakfast or quick lunch. The connection between the kitchen and living room is secured by a movable wall, which consists of four doors with folding movement. The decorated doors become, thanks to their movement, "dynamic" furniture. A small bathroom is housed near the entrance. The dressing has the minimum size required by the Regulation of the town of Molfetta. The definition of the bathroom gave me the ability to define a bathroom directly connected to the bedroom. On the terrace it would be very interesting to create a small vegetable garden.
