SUMMARY
We have recently renovated the flat where we’re living and now me and my girlfriend are looking for an update of the furniture and lighting system (almost all from IKEA for both) along with a more warm and cozy space.
We love design in terms of functionality and shape; materic effect, ambient light, wood and industrial style, as well as nordic one. Hidden cables and smart solutions are in our mind. An eye on new technology is also welcome.
We like suspended, movable furniture for easy cleaning and enhance the parquet. Not too many stuff on the wall and a bright environment.
The availability of the winner for the follow up of the project (building, electrical, craftsmanship works) is appreciated, but NOT mandatory.
BATHROOM
We need to create more space, both in the sink and washing machine areas. Evaluate to use similar glass/wood/steel pattern already present in the living room.
Consider that the room is not so naturally lighted (so i put a big mirror). A well integrated corner for makeup is really appreciated. Craftsmanship furniture are allowed. The easiness of cleaning (and a very hard water) has to kept in mind.
LIVINGROOM
We want a space more warm and cozy; create more room for books, magazines and small stuff. Also the TV furniture has to be updated (and host several electronic devices). Feel free to use 5 square meter of parquet we still have from the renovation. We also planned to buy a new fluffy, deep (corner?) sofa, to lay down and put comfort on top.
A multi room sound system (also in the other rooms), along with a restored 1950 white man city bike (Taurus Lautal model), have to be properly positioned in the room.
BEDROOM
The corner with the table deserve a smart wall for ideas, some books and small stuff. The wardrobe and bed side tables have to be updated.
KITCHEN
Is almost completed but feel free to propose some adjustments.
GARAGE
It’s a small 1970 garage 5×2,4 m h=2,2m, with no drain, row concrete surfaces and a tiny filament bulb as a light. We need an automatic garage door opener, new bright automatic lighting system, white surfaces and maybe a new floor (eventually we still have some porcelain stoneware tiles from the house renovation). A corner for bricolage is welcome, considering the space occupied by an Opel Astra k 2016 hatchback.
NOTE
Keep in mind that the apartment is at 2nd floor with high buildings around; the living room is exposed to S-SW.
Last but not the least, for each room we’ll invest around 3-5.000 €. Please try to remain in this range.
REQUIREMENT
– 3D drawings, stressing on the bathroom
– Lighting scheme
– 2D plant
– Furniture list, and drawings for craftsmanship solution.
– estimation of costs, also for construction works.
