Kitchenette/ Archive: Since there are extra spaces and you may need a kitchenette for refreshments and archives, I added these two rooms to the program.
I.T Room: We did not have preferences on how big it must be; If the space is not enough, it might be possible to cancel the "Archive" and move the "I.T room" there.
Furniture: The proposed furniture are just to better show the spaces you have for these necessary pieces. you can be sure there are enough spaces to fit any standard custom furniture designed by your furniture/interior designer.
Partition Walls: Some Spaces like Kitchenette, I.T room, The Openings between manager and admin's office needs partition wall.
Since kitchenette is next to the windows, It is necessary to use a full glass partition wall so the space B can receive some
natural lights too
