Thank you for this great project, I have attached the floor plan, floor, building elevation and 3d rendering, in my proposal. A four-story building with two commercial spaces on the ground floor, each with an area of approximately 30m2, according to what you said, the commercial space is around 60m2.
on the first, second and third floors there are single apartments, with three bedrooms, I made all the bedrooms have balconies with the placement of the rooms which I carefully calculated, please note that on the third floor I walled off part of the stairwell area, so that the attic can only be used access via the third floor.
In the attic area I tried to make it comfortable with a kitchen complete with a grill stove, apart from that there is a seating area that can be used to relax in the attic area.
The basement can accommodate around 6 cars, there are stairs that lead directly to the ground floor to make it easier for you to access the apartment space. while the elevator is not in the basement, but starts on the ground floor.
