I offer you a proposal for the Interior design & plans of Your Building (new building with 4 appartments) .
Work has been done on designing your building, which consists of a ground floor, first, second, third and fourth floors, in addition to the last floor, which is connected to the fourth floor via internal stairs.
First, the horizontal plan of the ground floor:
- The ground floor contains commercial spaces that occupy an area of 60 square meters of the total land area. The commercial spaces consist of a small mini market and an electronics store to serve the residents of the building and the neighboring buildings. As for the rest of the land area of the ground floor, it is a lounge (a landscape area that allows children to play, covered by the rest of the building’s floors). It has columns that support the entire building.
Secondly, the horizontal plan for the first floor:
The design idea was changed slightly on the first floor, as we designed two apartments on the floor instead of one apartment. These suggestions are additional and can be canceled if you do not like the idea and the floor design can be replaced with a design plan for the second floor.
- Each apartment in Blanc, the first floor, contains two bedrooms, one of which is a master, containing a changing room, in addition to two bathrooms, one of which is for guests and the other serves the rest of the rooms.
A space was allocated on the terrace to serve one of the two apartments to place the washer and dryer.
- Each apartment contains a medium space to accommodate a living corner and a dining table, in addition to an open kitchen nearby that can be closed when needed.
Third, the horizontal plan for the second and third floors:
The design requirements were followed when designing the following floors, where in one floor there is one apartment containing three bedrooms, a study room, three bathrooms, and a large living space separate from the kitchen area and dining room, where:
- The apartment contains three bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom, with its own spacious bathroom, a toilet for preparing coffee and breakfast, and a private jet for the Jacuzzi.
The remaining rooms each contain a large queen-sized bed.
- The apartment contains a large bathroom that serves other customs, in addition to a guest bathroom next to the apartment entrance to serve guests.
- The apartment contains a large room for studying or working from home, which is open to the external corridor because there is no ventilation in it. It can be opened to the bedroom next to it if necessary, to ensure its proper ventilation.
The apartment contains a large living area next to which is a dining area that contains a table that can accommodate 10 people. Next to it is an open kitchen that can be closed when needed using a wooden partition.
Fourth, the horizontal plan for the fourth floor:
Its design is completely similar to the design of the previous floor, with the addition of internal stairs in the dining part that connect the fourth floor to the roof, which contains another master bedroom with its own bathroom, in addition to a small kitchen for preparing breakfast and a small living space. This area can be considered special for receiving guests for the night.
