ZERO LEVEL
A commercial premises of a little more than 60 m2 is generated in which you can house different services, I recommend you to put a cafeteria or some food business since they are the most profitable and it would be very attractive for people, in the same way there is a parking lot for 6 cars which I distributed as follows, one for each department and two for the last department, as well as having central stairs with elevator that facilitate distribution on all levels, in the same way there is an office that can serve as security, reception, administration or some different activity that they want to give it. There is a small garden that allows the building to be completely illuminated and ventilated autonomously, and in the same way generate a beautiful relaxation space where you can enter from the premises or the building.
FIRST LEVEL - SECOND LEVEL
There are two apartments with approximately the same dimensions, each apartment has the same rooms and the same areas, in the proposal on the left there are two bathrooms and on the right with only 1 bathroom, this mainly affects the size of the rooms but you can choose the one that best suits you. Both rooms have a beautiful terrace that allows them to ventilate and illuminate each space, in the renderings comes the name of each area, in the lower right corner, this is designed to place planters that refresh and harmonize the apartments.
The advantage of having a building with a good amount of vegetation is that they help the local environment and serve to reduce the annoying noise of the street, in addition to helping the psychology of people as they allow them to enter an environment of relaxation that reduces daily stress.
THIRD LEVEL
On this level there is an apartment on the entire floor, this apartment has connection with the terrace, it has 3 rooms and with the respective necessary spaces, here a tv room is implemented that can have different functions depending on the needs of the user, it is worth mentioning that each level can be accommodated to your liking so you have the option of making different combinations.
FOURTH LEVEL
It is designed as a social area of relaxation in which coexistence and relaxation are invited, this terrace is designed only for the last apartment, it has a pool, barbecue, living room, bathroom, garden and administration room that allows it to be used for different needs.
