We propose a new way of living, semi-detached houses with elements that bring lightness and comfort, inserting patios and balconies between the houses. that way we don't have large volumes of wall glued between one house and another, making it more private for those who live, spend time or visit a friend.
With 6 identical blocks, differentiating only in the insertion of an extra room, we have 2 blocks of 3 rooms with a terrace where the client can enjoy a beautiful jacuzzi and 3 blocks of houses with 2 rooms, not least removing a room we have a terrace one level below the cover
