The architecture of our project is modern, yet still cheap to build. Our project consists of two kinds of "blocks" - a 2 storey block and a 1 storey block. The area of the site is maximally adopted according to client's requirements. The conjoined "blocks" of houses share a wall, which allows tighter development and more area usage. For better alignment and development of the area we decided to connect two sides of the area with the projected road, which allowed to place two perpendicular "chains" house "blocks" and also allowed more available connection between backyard and front-yard of the area. The 2 storey "block" consists of living room, kitchen two bathrooms, master bedroom, bedroom, a terrace and three balconies. Inner area is 80.3 sq.m. The 1 storey "block" consists of living room, kitchen, bathroom, master and regular bedrooms and a terrace. Inner area is 62.7 sq.m. The flat roof can be adapted to be used as a terrace. The 1 storey and 2 storey "blocks" share same dimensions and can be interchanged according to client's wishes.
