The house is designed in consonance with modern styles and trends and also tries to be welcoming, and all the requirements listed by you have been fully addressed:

The living room is designed to accommodate all possible daily activities such as watching TV, eating, reading and drinking tea by dividing it into several zones, each of which accommodates a specific activity.

I placed the guest service right next to the main entrance so that it could be used when having a party on the terrace or at home.
