The design includes a generous bedroom with a walk-in closet that has two large bookshelves and a study desk.
The bathroom also has a large shower cabin and bathtub.
The corridor to the bathroom has two spaces, first for the laundry area and another a large storage cabinet. You can also cover up the laundry area with a bifold door the keep it out of sight.
the kitchen near the entering has a large peninsula that has a room for three stools which can serve as a kitchen working area and a dining place.
the living area and tv room are combined in one large space.
The balcony also has a large size sofa and next to it is an adjustable canopy for the dining table in times of need.
in the balcony area, there are gaps on the roof that can serve as a place for plants to get enough light and if you change your mind someday as an area for grills.
