This a second floor apartment.Heating at sol. I like modern furniture but also a cosy environment. We are two adults and three small boys. We would like to have a small desk for the computer , currently we think to put it at the wall between the windows, not really sure there is space enough. I have attached the plan with a possible solution, but please feel free to change the living piece, while the kitchen seems to me ok as it is, although we still have to decide the kitchen color. As we have three children, we need place were to put staff, so the idea is to exploit as much as possible space, for instance with library till the ceiling and idea saving space or creating storage will be welcome. We would like to have a light plan, with light to watch TV, or to read, or to receive friends, etc. I have the idea to put a big Tv screen to be able to see it also from the main table and not only by the sofa and to have speakers integrated in the library ( I will use them also for music listening , using TV Speakers) For the sol we may choose parquet or ceramique, currently our choice has been light gray ceramic 30x 30 ( please see photo, with three small children parquet seems too easy to be ruined). But another possibility is to put parquet (please see photo) , at least in the living area and not in the kitchen, even if whre to put the separation line between the parquet and the ceramic is not clear to us. In the terrace we plan to put a table that should be able to bear winter time and would be nice to have some space where to store staff ( vacuum cleaner, cleaning staff etc) . the external wall of the terrace will be on glass and at the sol we will have wood (please see photo). While I add some photo of furniture that are white , because we liked the general idea, we do not like too much the white, we would like a cosy environment and too much white seems to us a bit cold, or hospital like. I my previous appartment, we had a wall in red and we liked it, so please free to play with color. Update: I have loaded also some rendering create by the kitchen supplier Update: DWG uploaded – Update : after reflection I now believe that we would prefer having wood parquet, although for the kitchen area we might consider to sttill have the tile, but it is not completely clear to us how to design the tile area…Update: ceiling height: 2,60m Update: I have loaded a design of the external of the building
