This design still maintains the concept of separate access between the living room and the dining room but added a modern transparent partition as a separation wall.
Maintain the position of the toilet and collect it at some point to ease the water installation during renovations and also for ease of maintenance.
The position of the master bedroom was switched to the bedroom near the bathroom to make the bathroom inside the room and to get a better view and also closer to the gym/leisure area.
The concept of window openings can still use the existing ones, but we also include suggestions to increase window openings (if possible) to get better lighting.
The design of the study room is built into the bedroom (boys), but it is also possible to use it with girls accessible from the outside.
The leisure room is placed at the center of the room so that it can be accessible by everyone and is made near the kitchen/pantry.
