According to the requests of the client the project involves the renovation of the property.
The interiors have maintained their current function, the only environment that has changed is the entrance to the room which was unified to the utility room containing the boiler obtaining, in this way, a dual function: a wardrobe for the bedroom with a closet -laundry adjacent to it.
The terrace was closed by glass walls to form a winter garden with dining area and lounge area so usable all year.
The house comprises: entrance hall, living room and kitchen, bedroom, office, bathroom, laundry-utility room and a winter garden accessible thanks to two French windows in the two rooms.
In the proposed restructuring were maintained openings of existing windows and were replaced the fixtures of the bedrooms with two sliding windows in order to make better use of interior spaces without being affected by the opening of the same.
As for the decor has proposed a contemporary modern style but at the same time elegant and understated neutral colors.
