Dear client,
after perusing the layout of your apartment I thought to
provide a new configuration for interior spaces.
As mentioned in my first comment I believe it would be better to have
the dining and living area directly connected to the
terrace, even more if you want to use it for all
of the year.
For to do that will be necessary a demolition of the partition
between the small office and bedroom and
allocate the entire space for the kitchen and the
living/dining area.
The bedroom and a small office will be allocated
in the space of the current kitchen keeping the
same square meters.
This solution will allows a useful division of the spaces
that will reflect into better quality of life.
