Here I’m presenting two redistribution options which are quite similar but with few differences in the kitchen and master bedroom. Both are flexible enough thinking you can then improve it with your own ideas or preferences even combining the possibilities I show you in these different layouts.

The main idea is to reorganize and give a better and efficient use to the corridor’s areas and closet (10 sqm approx.) adding a new bathroom and maintaining as much as possible the general distribution in order to reduce costs (demolition and reconstruction).
To give it more amplitude and integrate the living and dining spaces, I propose to demolish the walls and doors which closes that space, that way we can take advantage of the natural illumination from those windows and when you enter to the house is going to be more pleasant than facing a corridor and a door.

Not knowing the actual internal distributions of the elements in baths and kitchen, I’m proposing which I consider the best way to arrange the sanitary pieces and kitchen appliances, using showers instead bathtubs in the existing master bathroom (It could be bathtub instead if you want to) and the new one, for two complete bathrooms next to the bedrooms and a half bath with the laundry column in the study’s bathroom.

The option 1 presents the new bathroom integrated to the living so it’s more accessible to the visitors when you have a reunion with family and friends, also a walk in closet in the master bedroom and a kitchen with a peninsula and some stools for the daily informal meals.

The option 2 includes a door to separate the bedrooms from the social areas integrating the new bathroom to the private area, also the master bedroom I propose an island wardrobe so the space remains open and a “L” shaped kitchen with aerial cabinets and a round table
As your existing closet furniture is really long, I wonder if is it modular? And if is, could be used some modules in either the two options
