For this project we have taken the balconies as a reference and how they would serve the spaces.

For the day areas, which serve comfortably to receive guests and spend time together in an open concept space, we have arranged them so that they also live outside with a balcony that extends these areas to the exterior.

We created three bathrooms and three bedrooms, using one of them as a work space in addition to hosting guests, with its own balcony and a half bathroom that serves both this and the living / dining room, without interfering with the private areas of the residents.
The family bedrooms both have their own bathroom and share an exclusive balcony for them.

The plan also includes a room for service: laundry, storage or both, this room will serve to maintain order.
