The attached floorplan refers to a new 3-rooms 89sqm (gross) under construction, and as such we have ample room to make changes (we can even change the entrance room pretty much anywhere we want!).
starting from the proposal made by the developer, I would like:
– keep two bathrooms;
– the second room should become the master bedroom with ensuit bathroom;
– link together the living room and what is currently shown as master bed, so that I can have a bigger living room;
I would like “turn-key” suggestions including lights, walls color, finishing and so on. there are few furnitures I would like to keep (in attachment) such as dining table (160cm X 90cm) and chairs, sofa (if possible since it seems too big, 300cm X 300cm). In addition, the developer has indicated a range of finishing that are included in the purchase price (kitchen, floors, bathrooms) which should be taken into consideration.
The kitchen is Ernesto Meda; while for the floor, my preference would be for the Listone Giordano rovere tortora, rovere cemento or rovere bianco assoluto
