I have prepared three plans for you, which include two plans for the living room and three layouts for the kitchen.
I placed the dining table in such a way that you can easily move around in the living room.
I equipped the TV wall with a library and a bio-fireplace without a chimney.
Next to the library and the fireplace, I provided a chair for reading books and relaxing.
I suggested the main sofa in an L shape and as a sofa bed.
Due to the small spaces, I used bright colors.
I made several renders to better show the design.
