Il progetto per questa piccola casa unifamiliare segue in maniera attenta e puntuale le prescrizioni della committenza, cercando sfruttare al meglio gli spazi a disposizione. E' stato invertito l'ordine della camera da letto e della cucina, originariamente prospiciente il giardino esterno. Il bagno è stato rimodulato in modo tale da permettere la sua riconfigurazione con una doccia walk-in e la realizzazione di un mobile lavanderia. Le finiture sono moderne, parquet in tutta l'abitazione, ad eccezione del bagno, interamente rivestito in resina. L'abitazione, anche se piccola, è studiata al centimetro per garantire anche degli spazi adibiti a ripostiglio. Nel complesso appare accogliente, dal design minimale, pulito ed elegante.

The project for this small single-family house carefully and punctually follows the client's requirements, trying to make the most of the available spaces. The order of the bedroom and kitchen, originally overlooking the external garden, has been reversed. The bathroom has been remodeled in such a way as to allow its reconfiguration with a walk-in shower and the creation of a laundry cabinet. The finishes are modern, parquet throughout the house, with the exception of the bathroom, entirely covered in resin. The house, although small, is designed down to the centimeter to also guarantee storage spaces. Overall it appears welcoming, with a minimal, clean and elegant design.
