Caro cliente, ecco in allegato il progetto per il suo appartamento. Il progetto proposto prevede lo spostamento della camera da letto al posto dell'attuale cucina. In questo modo il giardino sarà accessibile dalla cucina e quindi più facile da vivere. Il progetto soddisfa tutte le sue necessità espresse e inoltre permette di sfruttare al meglio lo spazio a disposizione, conferendo così un approccio molto pratico, comodo e funzionale alla vita all'interno di esso. Inoltre il progetto che le propongo è realmente fattibile in quanto è rispettoso della normativa edilizia italiana. Infatti, dato che non sarebbe possibile fare la camera al posto della cucina in quanto il soggiorno rimarrebbe senza finestre, la soluzione proposta prevede la creazione di un antibagno, l'allargamento della finestra della nuova cucina e la rimozione della porta tra cucina e soggiorno. Questa è l'unica disposizione che permette di soddisfare la sua necessità di spostare l'accesso al giardino dalla cucina e nello stesso tempo rispettare la normativa, perciò potrà realmente realizzarla. Altre soluzioni che prevedono una porta tra la nuova cucina e il soggiorno non saranno accettabili per il comune che dovrà rilasciare il titolo abilitativo per eseguire i lavori.

Furthermore, the project I propose is truly feasible as it respects Italian building regulations. In fact, given that it would not be possible to create a bedroom in place of the kitchen as the living room would remain windowless, the proposed solution involves the creation of an anteroom, the enlargement of the window of the new kitchen and the removal of the door between the kitchen and the living room. This is the only provision that allows you to satisfy your need to move access to the garden from the kitchen and at the same time comply with the law, so you will actually be able to implement it. Other solutions that include a door between the new kitchen and the living room will not be acceptable to the municipality which will have to issue the permit to carry out the works.
