This is my proposal for your new house. The hole house is lifted 15 cm from the ground level, except garage and technical room. My idea was to keep the main entrance from the side and to find a quiet place for study area , so that it is partially separated from the living area. Kitchen area can be closed as needed with glass partition, so the light from the south can enter that area.
On the upper level we have 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and 2 terrace. On the section drawing I wanted to give a suggestion for laundry room not to be open to the roof due the humid air, but it is a matter of choice how will this space be ventilated.
