The house is on three levels, the ground floor of about a hundred square meters, the first floor of about 50 and the basement.
I would like that the entrance of the first floor will be on the ground floor, but with the possibility in the future to make it completely independent.
I have no specific ideas for the first floor, surely a bathroom and a study that in the future can become a room.
The ground floor will have a spacious room facing the south with a porch overlooking the garden through large windows, which in summer will be fully open. In the living area we want a fire place. I’d like that the porch and the living room will have a wooden roof, possibly with single pitch, yet taking into account the heights.
Also, the kitchen will have a direct access to the porch.
Rooms must be 3, even if the original project has only 2. The size is not binding, it is possible, if necessary, to expand the initial project, the only constraint is the width as there are other buildings around.
The atmosphere has to be warm and cozy with exposed brickwork and wood while still maintaining a quite modern style.
The basement will contain the garage, the laundry room, a large bathroom and in the future will host a small spa area and a kitchen with a large table and a wood stove.
Regarding the outside I wish it remains plain, given the context in which the house is located, also I would like that a part of the house will be covered with natural or exposed brickwork, particularly at the chimney and pipe. The roof must be pitched, not flat.
