La nuova casa e concepita per essere collocata nel lato sud-est della proprietà, dove la pendenza del terreno e maggiore. Dal lato nord avviene l'accesso al garage nel piano semiinterrato dove è collocata un are ricreativa, un bagno, lavanderia ed locale tecnico.
L'ingresso principale, nel piano terra, offre la possibilità di andare sopra, nel primo piano. Proseguendo nel pian terreno dove è collocato l'ambiente principale della casa l'open space centro di cui è il cammino in mattoni bianchi faccia a vista.
Proseguendo nella zona notte sono collocate tre camere da letto, una matrimoniale con bagno e due camere singole, e un bagno che può essere usato anche dagli ospiti.
Nel primo piano si trova uno studio che può essere usata come camera da letto per gli ospiti, ed servita da un bagno collocato nello stesso livello.
