Ci sono progetti per i quali avere spazi troppo ampi a disposizione, doppi ingressi e massima libertà compositiva può costituire una difficoltà oggettiva. Questo è uno di quei progetti, per i quali è possibile tutto e il contrario di tutto: budget elevato a disposizione, assenza di vincoli interni, molti terrazzi con porte-finestre e poche finestre. L’ unico vincolo è stato il mantenimento delle attuali aperture esterne.
L’idea progettuale che ne è scaturita è stata quella di mantenere l’attuale ingresso 2 e sviluppare il progetto intorno ad esso, settorializzando l’ attico in tre zone distinte: l’ampio living di circa 90 Mq, la zona notte con due camere da letto (una singola ed una doppia) ed il bagno a servizio anche del living, e la zona notte più “privata”, quella dei padroni di casa, pensata come una piccola suite di circa 35 Mq, costituita da un disimpegno comunicante col living dal quale si accede alla camera matrimoniale, alla cabina armadio ed al grande bagno con sauna. Si è cercato di rispettare tutti i desideri che la Committenza ha man mano evidenziato nella pagina dedicata. Nel dettaglio si sono pensati ampi spazi con poche pareti, soprattutto nel living, gli arredi progettati sono tutti caratterizzati da rigore estetico e pulizia formale, senza tralasciare l’aspetto fondamentale della funzionalità.
Il grande camino Gyrofocus pensato nel living, oltre che ad essere un autentico pezzo di design che ha fatto la storia dei camini di questa categoria e che è esposto nei più grandi Musei d’arte moderna del mondo, è anche un elemento molto funzionale e pratico, oltre che bello da vedere e facile da montare. Si è cercato di creare un ambiente assolutamente moderno ma non impersonale e freddo, utilizzando spesso l’accostamento del colore bianco con rovere tabacco. Per i bagni è stato pensato un ambiente unico per cromatismi tra pavimento e rivestimento, lasciando poi ai sanitari il compito di spezzare l’ambiente creato. Si è pensata ad una unica pavimentazione dai grandi formati sia per la zona notte che per la zona giorno sulle tonalità del grigio, così come una unica pavimentazione per i grandi terrazzi (piastrelle effetto legno color teak).

There are projects for which having too large spaces available, dual entrances and maximum freedom of composition may constitute an objective difficulty. This is one of those projects, to which it is possible to everything and the opposite of everything: large budget available, absence of internal constraints, many terraces with French doors and few Windows. The only constraint was the maintenance of existing external openings.
The project idea that ensued was to maintain the current input 2 and develop the project around it, settorializzando the penthouse in three distinct areas: the large living room of about 90 square meters, the sleeping area with two bedrooms bedrooms (one single and one double) and a bathroom to service even the living, and sleeping more private; one of the owners of the house, conceived as a small suite of about 35 square meters, consists of a corridor communicating with the living area which leads to the master bedroom, with walk-in closet and large bathroom with sauna. We have tried to meet all the desires that the Client is as shown in the page. In detail, we have designed open spaces with few walls, especially in the living room, the furniture designed are all characterized by aesthetic precision and clean lines, without neglecting the fundamental aspect of functionality. The large fireplace in the living Gyrofocus thought, as well as being a true piece of design that has made the history of the chimneys in this category and that is exposed in the biggest museums of modern art in the world, it is also a very functional and practical as well as beautiful to look at and easy to assemble. You tried to create a thoroughly modern but not cold and impersonal, often using the combination of white oak with tobacco. For the bathrooms is designed for a unique colors between floor and wall, leaving it to the task of breaking the healthcare environment created. It is designed with a unique floor large sizes for both the sleeping area to the living area in shades of gray, as well as a unique flooring for large terraces (tile effect wood teak color).
