Dear client, the project that I made for you takes into account all your needs and requirements, also it seeks to generate a welcoming, and modern design, being simple and sober, yet elegant.
I hope it is to your liking.
I'm going to narrate all the features of each space:
Kitchen.
For the kitchen, I have decided to remove the walls and replace them with furniture for the built-in refrigerator, and for the kitchen counter with wooden strips, as you can see in the renders.
The kitchen is separated into 2 stations, on one side is the kitchen with its extractor and a breakfast area for 2 people, and on the other side is the sink, a built-in oven, and a built-in refrigerator. The kitchen has a lot of cabinets that are going to help you to store all your kitchen utensils.
Dining & Living Room.
What characterizes this space is the use of wooden strips along the wall, which unites both spaces and gives a sense of spaciousness, it's accompanied by the placement of shelves and paintings with works of art, which make it elegant. It also highlights the treatment of the false ceiling and its lighting with LED strips, Spotlights, and pendants.
Dining room.
For the dining room, the walls of the entrance were also eliminated, but a small mini-bar was created that serves both store plates, cutlery, and cups, as well as alcoholic beverages, glasses, or a coffee machine, it depends on your tastes.
The real measurements of your chairs and tables have been put both in the plans and in the renders.
Living room.
For the room, there is a space for a television and a record player. The layout of the room allows for the 4 armchairs you have, however a sofa for 2 people can also fit in, in case you decide to take the other armchairs to the bedroom or office, for example.
Passage.
For the passageway, the doors have been designed that are made of the same material up to the ceiling (see the render for greater clarity) and the back wall was made with a texture of wooden strips, in which the entrance door has camouflaged the laundry.
Bathroom.
For the bathroom, just the sink and the shower have been moved. In addition, a small wall is generated to separate the shower from the sink. The shower is going to have 2 glass walls.
Office/Gym.
For this space, a retractable partition is generated that allows the two environments to be separated. A piece of furniture was designed for office work and a piece of furniture was also designed to store gym tools.
Laundry.
The cabinet was designed to fit a washer and dryer, as well as shelves and drawers to also function as storage.
Bedroom.
For the bedroom, the false ceiling is made of both, wood in the entrance strip and stucco over the bed, with the detail that the directional lamps are embedded. As the space is wide, in the bedroom there could also be 1 or 2 armchairs that you have. In addition, a walk-in closet was also designed with a sliding door with a texture of wooden strips, which is in harmony with the other rooms in the house.
