Il progetto ha come primo punto la posizione del nuovo ingresso all’appartamento, in modo da suddividere gli ambienti e renderli più funzionali alle esigenze, oltre che creare indipendenza con il piano superiore. Per accedere a quest’ultimo è stata traslata la porta attuale in posizione più diretta verso le scale, che verranno modificate solo nella parte inferiore. Il nuovo ingresso dell’appartamento in oggetto è stato collocato lateralmente allargando leggermente l’apertura attuale, ottenendo così continuità di passaggi esterni tra i vari balconi e la grande terrazza opportunamente arredata con sedute e fioriere. La stessa continuità è stata voluta anche all’interno con un ampio open space che gode della grande vetrata della zona pranzo e spazia fino allo studio che può essere aperto o separato dalla vetrata scorrevole. Un ambiente moderno ed accogliente minimal ma anche caldo con l’inserimento del legno nei vari elementi d’arredo. Qui si trovano le funzioni principali soggiorno con divano e poltroncine mobile tv e camino zona pranzo e cucina. Ad intercalare questi spazi l’uso dei controsoffitti in cartongesso di altezze variabili ed un illuminazione studiata a puntualizzare i vari ambienti. A servizio della cucina è stato creato uno spazio con funzione di dispensa oppure di lavanderia. Il resto dell’appartamento non ha subito modifiche sostanziali, dal disimpegno si accede al bagno di servizio o ospiti e alla suite padronale con camera e bagno privato rimasto nella posizione attuale.

The project has as its first point the position of the new entrance to the apartment, in order to divide the rooms and make them more functional to the needs, as well as creating independence with the upper floor. To access the latter, the current door was moved to a more direct position towards the stairs, which will only be modified in the lower part. The new entrance to the apartment in question was placed laterally, slightly widening the current opening, thus obtaining continuity of external passages between the various balconies and the large terrace suitably furnished with seats and flower boxes. The same continuity was also desired inside with a large open space that benefits from the large window in the dining area and extends up to the study which can be opened or separated by the sliding glass door. A modern and welcoming minimal but also warm environment with the inclusion of wood in the various furnishing elements. Here you will find the main living room functions with sofa and armchairs, TV cabinet and fireplace, dining area and kitchen. These spaces are interspersed with the use of plasterboard false ceilings of varying heights and lighting designed to highlight the various environments. A space has been created to serve the kitchen as a pantry or laundry room. The rest of the apartment has not undergone substantial changes, the hallway leads to the service or guest bathroom and the master suite with bedroom and private bathroom which has remained in its current position.
