The goal of this project was to create modern style interior and exterior space within the existing structure.The ground floor is organized as you required.The office is using the second entry>the first entry leads way to the living and dining area.The linear space along the court is designed into a linear swimming pool with a wooden deck.
One of the first floor bedrooms is converted to have a vertical connection with the mezzanine floor,creating a space for the fourth bedroom.The fourth bedroom has an attached terrace on the roof,providing enough light and ventilation.It also elevates the interior quality of the space and the exterior quality of the existing building.
The bedroom floor is also designed into a double height space with a sunroof to provide light and view.The vertical separation is also taken into consideration.
