There are 3 bedrooms:
1) One master bed room

Certain specifications:
1) Household Shelter cannot be knocked down due to regulations.
2) Wall across all apartment should be white, or designer can suggest wall paper if needbe
3) sofa cannot be white
4) We would like something that makes the space seems bigger and easy to maintain
5) We would like to hack the wall connecting main bedroom and bedroom 2-to become one big room. We want a tv in the main bedroom and a small long study table at the main bed room
6) Minimum clearance height of the apartment is 2.4 metres
7) We would like to have an innovative design of space-can feel free to suggest false ceiling if you think its nice
8) The Singapore weather is pretty humid- Hence, the materials chosen should cater to this.
9) We would not want bathtubs in the bathroom, the basin and the toilet bowls cannot be removed or relocate, feel free to suggest the colour and design, we would like to have a design to showcase the facial products
10) Service yard cannot be removed
11) Floor plans with black marks cannot meant that walls cannot be hacked
