Description

When we return to the concept of home, it can be described as a safe and comfortable space to get rid of stress and tension and to obtain physical and intellectual comfort.
With a total area of 460 m2, we wanted to build a house based on the philosophy of treatment through gardens and internal comfort
The advantages of the site can be noted with the presence of dense trees, the relatively calm surroundings, and the mild climate
It all contributed to creating my little villa
We want to integrate the concept of a living space with rest and recreation within the framework of the surrounding environment and to benefit from its resources such as stones, plants, climate and others
All to create a better home experience, especially in the current health conditions
Skylights to make the most of the light can be observed in the basement
We tried to make the spaces practical and beautiful at the same time, while taking advantage of the customer's demand
Front facade wide perspective with a functional terrace along the facade and overlooking the pool
The open space overlooks from the north and south directions to the pool garden and to the Zen garden
We used lychee limestone to cover some of the walls, both internally and externally, and with a relatively low height to bring the house closer to the ground
Upon entering, you notice a courtyard of plants that connects the two floors with the ceiling with a glass wall and inside it plants that have a fragrant smell
You can imagine a living space in front of the fireplace with an outside view
For the basement, we made the space of the Zain garden suitable for the depth of the mass and with the appropriate distribution of spaces
As for Al-Zein Garden, we divided it into areas consisting of paths sewn with plants and running water or a fountain.
