This design creates a comfortable and functional space for four people using a common living room, dining area and kitchen. Depending on the need of accommodating more people in the living room, there are pouffes stored under TV stand.

Besides the functional living room and bedroom on the first floor, the design of the room on the upper floor is adapted for usage as a second living room by day and additional bedroom by night with all furniture needed (TV stand, sofa bed and wardrobe).

This design is practical and economical in using the space without compromising on quality of staying in. In the interior are used bright colors with modern and minimalist design in order to create a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
