my aim for this project was to create a bright, modern and inviting place that is at the same time functional and well thought out. As your wish was, you have one big open space that has a lot of functions. Focal point of the room is the wood paneling that separates the living/dining area and the bedroom. It doesn`t close up the room so you still have the feel of one big space, but at the same time it gives the necessary privacy to the bedroom. Another very important feature of the space is the custom made unit with two single Murphy beds and storage on top. Allows your guests to use the beds as needed and has a sleek modern design that fits perfectly in the room. Most furniture including the kitchen are from IKEA, which I highly recommend because they are affordable and great designed.
The entrance is big enough, fits perfectly a well equipped kitchen, a small table and hallway furniture to put shoes and jackets on. Bathroom is also very big and functional. I am very happy with the end result and I hope you like it as well. :)
