The main challenge was to maintain the current walls and openings, so I tried to add modern taste starting from the apartment's approach. The terrace; I created contemporary modern design integrated with greenery and spacious built-in seats in the outdoor area. Besides, different types of lighting fixtures for instance, ceiling fan lighting, wall appliqué, up-light, and ceiling pendant lighting, that enable the user to maximize the space utilization.
Getting inside, I rearranged the space in order to make it more comfortable and practical. The T.V unit direction was not only orientated towards the living seats but also to dining. The kitchen opening designed to be an extension to the dining and to connect visually to the whole space. The variety used in lighting system offer different options for instance, indirect light, direct spot light, and wall lighting fixtures.
Finally, the material used in project is affordable and matching with the existing materials and current conditions. I added some 3d renders for illustration.
