The apartment design relays in a more simplistic approach, creating a large open plan living room design by opening the kitchen to the hanging and TV area. In which warm shades of wood texture ceramic floor stand out against to the mostly white painted living room walls, and a fresh open kitchen which is separated by a counter bar allowing interaction to take place easily no matter if you are cooking, eating or watching TV.
While on the other hand the deep seating of the L-shaped beige sofa takes up the entire window walls, orienting the views to the wall where the fireplace and TV sit, enhanced by a gypsum wall addition in order to create intimacy between the living area and sleeping area. The sleeping area is marked by olive-green painting, whereas the new wall additions by a cozy opaque texturing.
While on the terrace the same flooring material is sustained, making the space continuous and interconnected with the interior, focusing more on designing details like the steel plan hanger which brings the nature closer, creating a very relaxing and refreshing environment.
In conclusion, the concept relays in lowest possible cost with the least possible interventions, by designing an open and at the same intimate environment, for the temporary tenant visitor of this fascinating villa.
I would like to rent it one day too. :)
Thank you.
