In risposta alla richiesta del cliente, abbiamo progettato una villa su 2 livelli di circa 200m2 ciascuno.
A causa della posizione della casa abbiamo pensato di aprire la facciata verso nord-est, approfittando della luce del mattino e di mezzogiorno, ma fornendo ombre nel pomeriggio.
In questo modo, abbiamo anche cercato di fornire la massima privacy dal quartiere di Sorbo Road.
Un volume semplice è stato progettato lungo la lunghezza del sito per sfruttare appieno il cortile che circonda la piscina. Sono state create grandi facciate in vetro per approfittare della vista sulle montagne e delle piante circostanti.
L'ingresso della casa è incorniciato da due muri rivestiti di pietra, rendendolo un ingresso monumentale.
Adiacente all'ingresso è stato progettato un parcheggio coperto con due aperture per far entrare la luce, e un'apertura nel tetto progettata per ospitare un bell'albero che contribuisce all'abbellimento della casa.
Sul lato sud-est è stato progettato un ufficio per approfittare della tranquillità e della vista degli ulivi del sito. Accanto all'ufficio c'è una palestra che è collegata alla piscina per approfittare delle aperture estive. Una sauna e un bagno sono collegati alla palestra.
La casa è progettata in uno stile minimalista e moderno, con linee chiare e semplici, armonizzando le facciate di legno, pietra e vetro in un tutto, stabilendo un ritmo con le divisioni delle stanze in un design proporzionale e bello.

House villa Caserta
In response to the client's request, we designed a 2-level villa of approximately 200m2 each level.
For the location of the house we thought of opening the facade to the north-east, taking advantage of the morning and midday light, but providing shadows in the afternoons.
In this way we also sought to provide maximum privacy from the neighborhood on Sorbo Road.
A simple volume was designed along the site to take full advantage of the courtyard around the pool. Large glass facades were created to take advantage of the mountain views and the surrounding plantations. The access to the house is framed with two walls covered in stone, making this a monumental entrance. Next to the access a covered parking was designed with two openings to let in light, and an opening in the roof designed to place a thin tree contributing to the beautification of the house.
On the south-east side an office was designed to take advantage of the tranquility and view of the olive trees on the site.
Next to the office there is a gym that is connected to the swimming pool to take advantage of the openings in the summer. A sauna and a bathroom are connected to the gym.
The house is designed in a minimalist and modern style, with clear and simple lines, harmonizing the facades of wood, stone and glass in a whole, marking a rhythm with the divisions of the rooms in a proportional and beautiful design.
