The renovation of the plan of the house is done in such a way that there is a minimum intervention with a good amplification of spaces. The doors and windows are removed from one wall and utilized in another wall. A front portico is added outside the house to accommodate stairs and bathrooms (master and common) have been given in place of previous placement of stairs connecting the first floor bathroom to keep all the plumbing pipes at one place, thus, reducing the cost of construction even further.
