We are very happy to participate in your contest.
We demolished the existing bathroom on the ground floor and increased the living space.
We converted part of the roofed part of the yard into a new bathroom.
We converted a storage room into a bedroom and separated the new bedroom, bathroom and living room with a hallway.
Next to the bathroom, we planned a small wardrobe with a sliding door to place a washing machine, and we considered a closet above the washing machine.
We envisioned a large library in the living room.
We moved the door and window between the living room and the yard together to make the living space more functional.
We provided a dining table in the kitchen area and separated this area from the living area with a folding door.
We put the second kitchen, which is for cooking, in the current location of the technical room.
We slightly modified the access staircase to the first floor and provided a closet for guest clothes next to it.
We proposed two plans for the second floor. One design with dressing room and one without it.
In the garden we planned a technical room next to the boundary wall. We planned a parking lot with a temporary roof on the north side of the house.
In the middle of the garden, we planned a living room with a gazebo. (The roof of the gazebo can be used to install photovoltaic panels)
We also put a barbecue area with a dining table next to the house.
