Dear client, quite a fantastic project you have here, In response to your requirements I created two design options ad they both have unique design styles
OPTION 1:
This option features a double bedroom with a walk-in closet, a singular room well planned to accommodate two beds in the event of family expansion with a wc to go with it, a maid's room with its requirement, and the creation of a modern laundry next to the terrace. The terrace also a highlight is sloped glazed as seen in renders and drawings and is meant to accommodate the children's play area and seating area. The living room shows the arrangement of the seating area, dining area, and a needed corner bar topped off with a modern arranged kitchen with an island
OPTION 2
The second option features the same arrangement for the living area and kitchen but provision for your initial desire for two children's rooms next to a well-arranged master bedroom with a closet. The maid's room is being positioned next to the terrace and is meant to use the existing wc and the adjacent store reused as a shower area. lastly, the terrace is now rearranged to make provision for the laundry, children's play area, and also seating area. All are highly within specifications

Caro cliente, un progetto fantastico che hai qui, in risposta alle tue esigenze ho creato due opzioni di design ed entrambe hanno stili di design unici.
OPZIONE 1:
Questa opzione dispone di una camera matrimoniale con cabina armadio, una camera singolare ben progettata per ospitare due letti in caso di espansione della famiglia con un wc per accompagnarla, una camera di servizio con le sue esigenze e la creazione di una lavanderia moderna accanto alla terrazza. La terrazza è anche un punto culminante è vetrata inclinata come si vede in rendering e disegni ed è pensato per ospitare l'area giochi per bambini e l'area salotto. Il soggiorno mostra la disposizione della zona salotto, della zona pranzo e di un bar d'angolo necessario completato da una moderna cucina organizzata con un'isola
OPZIONE 2
La seconda opzione presenta la stessa disposizione per la zona giorno e la cucina, ma la disposizione per il vostro desiderio iniziale di due camere per bambini accanto a una camera da letto matrimoniale ben organizzata con un armadio. La stanza della cameriera è posizionata accanto alla terrazza e ha lo scopo di utilizzare il wc esistente e il negozio adiacente riutilizzato come zona doccia. Infine, la terrazza è stata riorganizzata per provvedere alla lavanderia, all'area giochi per bambini e anche all'area salotto. Tutti sono altamente all'interno delle specifiche.
