“Hope is a memory that is desired”
Like Balzac’s poem: The creation of a space of hope at that point requires that while the avenues for wishing remain open, the memory internalized there. the designer problem is how to translate this scattered sense into absolute space. The only way to escape from this complexity is dreaming. To dream your hopes, and we received this by our tries to study your desires. By this definition, this proposal is just recreation of what is the best answer through our expertized memories. In this case, this project is one of my favorites. Just because of simplicity of what we have done. I believe in simple answers. as simple as you described your ideas about “My House”. We just tried to put some Dream into it
[CONCEPT]
Home is an integral part of our lives today and we need spaces that fit our desires and tastes to live in them. This project consists of two opposing issues. On the one hand, to meet the needs of the client, we need functions that require a modern plan according to their size and composition, and on the other hand, his taste and desire to produce an ancient rural house. This contradiction shapes our original idea for answering the question of this project, where we used a combination of two different patterns to obtain the spatial and formal structure of the house. In fact, we placed the closed spaces of the rooms and workshop and their supporting spaces in an ancient stone form with a one-sided sloping roof, and placed the public spaces in a fluid and modern spatial combination with a flat roof and a simple form. From the combination of these two forms comes the final form of the building, an ancient house in the heart of a modern building.
[GROUND FLOOR]
The main entrance is for cars and pedestrians southwest of the site and within a range of five meters of retreat to be as far away from the road curve as possible. Three parking spaces in front of you, as well as the path that leads to the entrance of the building. As soon as you arrive, you have the choice to go to the guest bathroom, the workshop, the stairs that take us to the first floor or the main hall of the house. The connection and independence of the workshop had priority over the entrance and placement of the stairs in the design of this section. In the hall, which actually includes the kitchen, dining room and living room, a hanging fireplace is the only element that separates the spaces. The integrated space of the hall not only allows any independent activity to take place, but also creates a spacious and suitable space for the residents. At the end of the stone wall that runs along the hall, there is a master bedroom and a small laundry closet. We also suggest creating a small pool and outdoor terrace space in the southern part of the building so that there is no space for recreational quality space in your home.
[FIRSTF FLOOR]
When we go up the stairs, a stone wall that extends both inside and outside the building comes up with us. We have access to the bedrooms and bathrooms through the corridor. At the corners of the south wall, two openings in the stone wall lead us to the terrace, where the chimney turns into a barbecue and divides the wide terrace space into a dining and living area. This is a place where you can enjoy the wide view to the south and spend a pleasant afternoon with your family and friends.
