We are very happy to have participated in your contest. In this design, we optimized the existing map according to your wishes. We moved the kitchen so that the window faces south and separated the kitchen from the living room with a sliding door. We increased the dimensions of the hall and dining room. We envisioned a wardrobe next to the front door. We placed the guest bathroom in a place that has access to both the house and the laboratory. We envisioned a private bathroom for the master bedroom.
We have planned the location of the second floor terrace according to your request. The second floor staircase has a roof. On the second floor we provided two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathroom on the second floor is designed in such a way that there is no problem with the drainage pipe with the first floor. The terrace of the second floor is open from three directions and has a view. On the terrace we envisioned a small kitchen with barbecue.
We chose light house colors with a combination of neutral colors and wood.
